Introduction
What is the White Form eIPO service?
The White Form eIPO service allows people to submit IPO Applications online. Successful applicants will have shares issued in their name.

Procedure for Application
Are multiple applications allowed?
You can only make one application for yourself in a public offer. Suspected multiple applications will be liable to be rejected.
Are there any other constraints / limitations that I should know of?
- You must be registered for internet banking or PPS services;
- You are advised to check the transfer limits set by your Bank and/or PPS prior to making a payment;
- You must pre-register of bill / merchant; and
- It is possible that at peak times, the online service may be inaccessible due to network congestion.
- Payment options are usually subject to individual payment deadlines imposed by individual banks; and
- All payment transfers must be completed before the close of a public offer, i.e. 12:00 noon on the Closing Day of the public offer.
In order to make sure that your application can be successfully submitted, you are advised to send in your application and make your payment well in advance of the deadline. You should be aware that:
Who can apply for an IPO via White Form eIPO?
Any individual, who meets the requirements state in the section “Who can Apply for a Hong Kong Offer Share”, or a similar section regarding the qualifications of applicants in the Offer prospectus, may apply for the IPO online using this Service.
I want to apply in the name of a company or jointly with another person. Can I use this service?
Sorry, no. Only individuals can submit their applications through this service. Corporations and joint applicants can make use of physical application forms.
Is the service available outside of business hours?
The online service is available on a 24-hour basis during the Offer period.
What other things do I need to know?
You are reminded to keep all your application records in case they are required at a later date.
Are multiple payments allowed?
Multiple payments are allowed but please note that the same Application Reference Number must be quoted in every payment in order to link the payment to your application. If you do not provide this, your application will remain unpaid and will be rejected.
How do you link my payment to my application?
When you have successfully completed your White Form eIPO application, an Application Reference Number will be generated automatically. Please quote this Application Reference Number in all your payments to enable the linking of your payments to your application.
What happens if I have only made partial payment?
If you have only made partial payment, your application will not be submitted to the Issuer and a refund of the application monies (in full but without interest) will be made either electronically or by cheque in accordance with the timetable specified in the Offer prospectus.
What happens if I have overpaid?
You should pay the exact amount of application monies as shown on the screen. If you have made any overpayment (other than the difference between the initial offer price and the final offer price), a refund (without interest) of the overpaid amount will be made to you either electronically or by cheque in accordance with the timetable specified in the Offer prospectus.
What if I have lost or forgotten my Application Reference Number?
If you have lost your number before you made your payment, please make a new application. Your unpaid application will not be submitted to the Issuer.
What are the main differences between a Pre-registration member and non Pre-registration member to apply for White Form eIPO?
If you are a Pre-registration member, you only need to take the following steps during the whole eIPO application process:
- Input your User ID and Password, after that, all your personal information will automatically be filled in the online application form;
- Select the number of shares you wish to apply for;
- Made payment for your application
If you are a non Pre-registration member, you are required to take the following steps during the whole eIPO application process:
- Complete the online application form with personal information including, but not limited to Hong Kong ID card number, full name and address etc;
- Select the number of shares you wish to apply for;
- Made payment for your application;
- Submit a specimen signature form to us for each successful application
Allotment Result
How do I find out whether I have been allotted shares?
The Issuer is responsible for announcing the results of allocation. The specific arrangements with regard to the announcement of results may differ in respect of each public offer and you shall be responsible for ascertaining these by reviewing the Prospectus. However, if you are using the online service and your application is successful (wholly or partially), you may receive an email allotment advice.
How do I know if my application is successfully completed and accepted?
If your application is successfully completed, an Application Reference Number will be generated and displayed on screen. If an Application Reference Number is not generated, your application has not been completed. Please note a completed application will not be submitted to the Issuer until full payment has been made.

What if the system does not support my browser?
You may either update your browser to a compatible version or submit your application by completing a physical application form.
Glossary of Terms
Allotment
Allotment means securities offered under the HKPO and which you have been allocated;
Applicant
Applicant means the person who submits a White Form eIPO Application;
Business Day
Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Hong Kong) on which banks in Hong Kong are open generally for normal banking business to the public;
Computershare
Computershare means Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd, who acts as the Electronic Service Provider and is a licensed corporation registered with the Securities and Futures Commission with CE number AJE 219. Computershare whose Business Registration Number is 03491355 and whose office is at The Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong;
eIPOs
eIPOs means the electronic initial public offerings of securities by the Issuers pursuant to their respective Public Offer Documents via the White Form eIPO Service;
Electronic Application Form
Electronic Application Form means the application information input screens presented via this Website;
Electronic Service Provider
Electronic Service Provider means Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, who provides an electronic website/platform for eIPO subscriptions and is abbreviated as ‘ESP’;
IPOs
IPOs means the initial public offerings of securities by the Issuers pursuant to their respective Public Offer Documents;
Issuer
Issuer means the company who offers the Public Offer Securities;
Offer
Offer means the Public Offer being made by the Issuer;
Offer Price
Offer Price means the final price per Public Offer Security (exclusive of brokerage, Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee and SFC transaction levy) at which the Public Offer Securities are to be subscribed or purchased pursuant to the Public Offer;
Payment Service Provider
Payment Service Provider means the banks/companies who provide Internet and/or phone payment service;
Personal Information
Personal Information means the data relating to an individual and collected for the purposes of enabling you to use the White Form eIPO Pre-registration Service, providing the services in relation to this Website and your WeIPO Application and checking the results of your application for the HKPO;
PPS
PPS means a 24-hour bill payment service provider, operated by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited, which allows you to settle White Form eIPO subscription payment;
Pre-registration
Pre-registration means the process of providing your details for Computershare to hold on file in advance of you choosing to apply for future eIPOs in a more convenient manner;
Pre-registration Application Form
Pre-registration Application Form means the form for applying for the White Form eIPO Pre-registration Service;
Pre-registration Specimen Signature Form
Pre-registration Specimen Signature Form means the form sent to you once you have successfully completed your Pre-registration;
Prospectus
Prospectus means the prospectus issued by the Issuer in connection with the Public Offer and is available on this Website and at http://www.hkexnews.hk/, including any supplements thereto;
Public Offer
Public Offer means the offer to the Hong Kong public who meet the eligibility criteria to subscribe to the Public Offer Securities at the Offer Price and subject to the terms and conditions of the Public Offer Documents;
Public Offer Documents
Public Offer Documents means the Prospectus, the related application forms and such other relevant documents;
Public Offer Securities
Public Offer Securities means the securities offered for subscription by the Issuer pursuant to the Offer;
Regulation S
Regulation S means Regulation S under the US Securities Act;
Share Registrar
Share Registrar means Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd;
Terms and Conditions

What is the White Form eIPO Pre-registration Service?
The White Form eIPO Pre-registration Service is an efficient and effective way to apply for an IPO.
What are the benefits of White Form eIPO Pre-registration?
Once you have subscribed to the Service, your personal information will automatically be filled in when you apply for future IPOs using your registered User ID. This will save you time and is also good for the environment.
What is the service hotline if there are further questions?

Who can use the White Form eIPO Pre-registration Service?
Any individual, who is outside the U.S., 18 years of age or above, with a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and a Hong Kong address, who is willing to provide a valid e-mail address and contact telephone number, is eligible to use the Service.
How will I know that my Specimen Signature Form has been received / recorded by your company?
We will send email confirmation to you once the Specimen Signature is updated in our records.
Why cannot I apply for the White Form eIPO by using the User ID and Password immediately after completing the registration?
Once you have registered for the service, you will receive a Pre-registration Specimen Signature Form. Your registration is only complete after Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited receives this Form. This helps to safeguard your personal information security.
What are the main differences between a Pre-registration member and non Pre-registration member to apply for White Form eIPO?
If you are a Pre-registration member, you only need to take the following steps during the whole eIPO application process:
